Pathway
Pathway is a support and connection project for care experienced adults in Coventry.
It offers a space to meet others with similar experiences, build community, and feel supported as you navigate life beyond care.
What is Pathway?
Created by the Rees Foundation in conjunction with Coventry City Council, Pathway is designed to help care experienced adults build strong networks, feel understood, and explore what support can look like in adulthood — especially beyond the age of 25.
Who is Pathway for?
Pathway is for care experienced young people aged 18-25 living in Coventry who want to feel more connected and supported as they move through adulthood​.

Whether you're dealing with new challenges, looking to connect, or just want to feel less alone, this project offers a safe and supportive space.
What can I expect?
Pathway offers more than just support — it’s a place to connect, try new things, and feel part of a community.

​You could unwind at one of our laid-back movie nights, enjoy cooking simple, budget-friendly meals with Sherrie, or get out and about for something a bit different — like an escape room challenge or group activity.
