24/7 counselling helpline is available 365 days a year and offers support to you and dependent children over the age of 16 years, still living at home.
You can access 24/7 members support directly from the digital wellbeing platform and mobile app. The platform allows you to request a callback and use the live chat facility, meaning we can respond to your needs anytime, no matter where in the world you are. |
Case Management
All conversations are managed by Case Managers, who are all qualified and experienced counsellors. This means they can understand the root causes of an emotional issue and help with onwards referral to the service most appropriate.
When one of our Case Managers takes an initial call from you, they will become your dedicated Case Manager. Your dedicated Case Manager will be the main point of contact for any query or issue you have. They will be the one who oversees the case from start to finish, meaning you will only need to speak to one person throughout the whole process.
