An opportunity for care experienced young people aged 16-25 to connect with other care experienced young people.

The Rees Foundation are working hard to improve mental health and wellbeing and to help care leavers understand what career options are available.
 
Future Me can help you explore opportunities to take a step towards employment, education or training and to explore, and hopefully sign up to the ongoing support available from Rees Foundation.

We’re running days out across the West Midlands where you can meet other care experienced people and make new friends.

We want to create a fun space for you to chat, learn, and develop amongst friends.

Employment support​

Breaking into the world of work can be hard. We host sessions with people working in a range of industries who will give advice on how they got into their profession.

We want to provide a helpful gateway, contacts, and improve working outcomes.

Health and wellbeing​

We provide a safe space for people to learn about wellbeing every single month.

Our online Let’s Connect sessions are available for people of all ages.

​We want to empower care experienced people and make them feel good!

Ongoing support​

Rees will be here for you after you’ve attended the Future Me opportunities, as we provide support for care experienced people of all ages.
