Empowering care experienced young people with the confidence, skills, resilience and community to shape their own future.
Future Me is an opportunity for care experienced young people aged 16–25 to connect with others who share similar experiences, while accessing practical support to move towards the life they want. |
|
Education, training and employmentWe offer a 1-to-1 careers mentor service, where you can get personalised support to explore career options, build skills and even develop ideas for starting your own business.
Alongside this, our monthly virtual Connect to Careers sessions introduce you to different sectors through live Q&As with care experienced professionals, who share their journeys, the skills that helped them succeed and practical tips for breaking into their field. |
Sustainable futuresWe are here to support you with anything you need - from housing and finances to understanding your rights, or simply having someone to talk things through with.
Our team understands what it means to be care experienced and will always listen in a non-judgmental, compassionate way. We’re also here for the “life happens” moments, offering guidance and signposting to the right support when you need it. You can contact your dedicated support team Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. |
