General Support & Signposting

Rees support workers are on hand to offer general support, guidance and signposting. Whatever you are looking for we will always try and help and can often signpost to other useful sources of information and support. 
 
The emotional wellbeing of care experienced adults is just as important as their physical health. Good mental health allows us to develop the resilience to cope with whatever life throws at us. Our support workers are trained in mental health first aid and are always willing to offer emotional support as needed.
