Housing With Support

We manage a range of quality, comfortable properties in and around Worcestershire. Our properties are available on Periodic Assured Short-hold Tenancies to care experienced adults aged 24 and over, who may be on a low income.
 
All of our properties are well-maintained and within walking distance of the town centres and local transport links. All tenants are given a outreach support worker who will visit them regularly and encourage our tenants to live interdependently within the local community*.

Housing Outreach Support Workers

We believe outreach support workers are a vital part of the success of the Rees tenancies. Our network of outreach support workers will assist our tenants if they need support to gain confidence and the necessary skills to maintain their tenancy.
 
We can either provide tailored guidance to meet their specific needs or we can be less involved only offering assistance when required. Either way it is imperative that our tenants feel safe, secure, valued in their community and confident that our dedicated team are there when they need them.
 
Types of guidance that our support workers and outreach support workers can offer:

• Building and maintaining positive relationships
• Setting up and maintaining a home
• Managing money and claiming benefits
• Accessing services such as health support
• Avoiding isolation and loneliness
• Keeping a home safe and secure
• Identifying goals for education/employment (access to our careers coaching service)
• Identifying life goals and helping to achieve them
• Having positive relationships
