Legacy donations to Rees

Picture
By leaving a gift in your Will to the Rees Foundation, you're helping us to continue to provide support to every care leaver who needs our help at some point in their lives.

Your donation allows us to provide vital resources to those that require them, creating a better future and outcome for care leavers of all ages.
How to leave your legacy

If you would like to leave a gift to Rees in your Will, we would advise that you speak to a solicitor to ensure that your wishes will be carried out as you intend.

You will need to take the following details with you:
• Rees Foundation
• Registered address: Craftsman House, De Salis Drive, Hampton Lovett, Droitwich, Worcestershire, WR9 0QE
• Registered charity number: 1154019 (England and Wales)

An example of wording you could use:

I leave my / X share (s) of my residuary estate for the Rees Foundation, Craftsman House, De Salis Drive, Hampton Lovett, Droitwich, Worcestershire, WR9 0QE, registered charity number 1154019 (England and Wales), absolutely for its general charitable purposes and I declare that the receipt of the treasurer or other proper officer for the time being shall be a sufficient discharge to my executors.

Would you like to talk to us about it?

This is a very personal decision and if you would like more help on leaving a gift to Rees, our team are here to help you. We can offer guidance on the process and are also able to act as Executor of your Will, offering additional peace of mind that your wishes will be followed.

To chat to a member of the team about this, just email donations@reesfoundation.org.

If you have remembered Rees Foundation in your Will, we’d love to hear from you. We recognise what an important decision this is and we'd love to thank you for your support. Everything you tell is completely confidential and is not legally binding.
