The diverse workshops are designed to support practitioner’s emotional resilience and share tools to support their self-care and stress management.
Workshop leaders include a range of trained experienced practitioners with a passion for wellbeing and especially for supporting people to discover and live their best life.
Who should attend?
Any range of staff practitioners, Personal Advisors and Social Workers.
Course Objectives
Duration
4 x 1 hour sessions during 1 week of each month (Minimum of 3 months)

- Learn skills to positively impact the lives of care experienced people
- Promote emotional resilience
- Experience new areas of well-being and understand how each section can effect individuals differently
- Help staff with stressful case loads to combat burnout
