Grants to support Further and Higher Education
|
Rees Foundation are keen to support grant applications from care experienced adults specifically to help with careers development and Higher Education where no other funding sources are available. We may help you with incidental costs whilst attending further or higher education, dependent on circumstances. They include (but are not limited to); equipment, materials and travel.
We understand that sometimes, care experienced people are not confident to pursue further or higher education at an earlier age, but may feel more able to fulfil this as a mature student so there is no upper age limit for people applying to our grants project. Please note, if applications are successful; the Charity will only contribute to the cost of Further or Higher Education courses, or Training courses where all other educational grant, bursary or subsidy entitlements have been exhausted. We will usually pay any grant that we award direct to the supplier of the goods or services. We are sorry, our educational grants are temporarily on hold whilst we process a high volume of applications. Please check back from the 31st July onwards.
