A powerful six session programme utilising a collaboration of established principles of good practice including CBT techniques, ‘What Works’ evidence and therapeutic group work.
The training is underpinned by personal life experience, from challenges in childhood to time in prison. Together, the group explore personal responsibility, development and maturation, victim awareness, pro-social attitudes and empowering coping strategies. |
Who should attend?
Specifically designed for young people in mainstream and alternative education provision who have been identified as being at risk of permanent exclusion and/or offending. Workshops can also be tailored for professionals working with young people.

- Raises awareness of potential risks
- Explores choice and consequence
- Increases awareness of risk and protective factors associated with offending
- Gives information, advice and guidance
- Explores the realities of offending/risk taking behaviour and prison
- Increases personal responsibility and understanding of affects on others (victim empathy)
- Explores attitudes and beliefs
